Inside La Chartreuse

  • The house has oodles of character, with incredible doors and partitions from an 18th-century property in Rajasthan a defining feature. Interior designer Jacques Garcia worked his magic on La Chartreuse, much as he did with La Réserve in Paris (also owned by Michel Reybier) which bears more than a passing resemblance to La Chartreuse.

  • Two spacious junior suites and six large bedrooms, all en-suite, which can accommodate a total of 16 guests

  • Living areas include an opulent lounge, traditional dining room and a well-stocked library

  • Your private chef, with Michelin restaurant experience, will take care of all your dining requirements, creating sumptuous dishes to suit your tastes and preferences, making the most of the local, seasonal produce and pairing dishes with wines from the cellar.

  • Inviting 15m swimming pool and beautiful steam room

  • Gym with a selection of weights and equipment

Things to do on your doorstep
