house, lovingly restored by current owner Steven Collins as an exquisite home-from-home. Many original medieval features such as exposed beams and leaded windows abound, and you’ll even discover a secret staircase from the first-floor master bedroom to the ground floor sitting room.

The perfect spot for a luxury holiday in the Cotswolds, the estate has a wonderful team of staff to look after you and your guests, always ready to offer insider tips to make sure you enjoy your stay in the Cotswolds to the full. Fancy a spot of clay pigeon shooting, a hot air balloon flight over the fields or a quad bike ride? Consider it arranged. There is something for everyone, whether it’s a game of tennis on the estate courts or a waymarked walk along the historic Cotswold Way. We can even arrange a wedding ceremony on the estate if you wish.

Inside the Manor House

The other Estate buildings

  • The Barn is a stunning modern converted building sleeping 10 in five elegant, themed suites. Spacious living areas are decorated with quirky original vintage pieces and there is a beautiful patio garden complete with private hot tub 

  • The Cow Byre is a charming and cosy, converted cow shed, offering a secret hideaway for a couple. Accommodating just two in one bedroom, the modern kitchen/living area is complemented by beautiful, original stone walls and exposed wooden beams. There’s a lovely little private garden for al fresco dining.

  • The Granary is the most recent of the barn conversions and sleeps up to six in three en-suite bedrooms. Decorated in contemporary shades of grey and white, with bespoke modern art pieces and chic bedrooms, there’s a fully-equipped kitchen/ living/dining area and a small cobbled patio garden

  • The Peacock Shed is a pretty little one-bedroom cottage with its own private garden that’s perfect for romantic couples or newly-weds. Traditionally decorated and with original beams and chandelier, this is a truly charming bolthole.

Location

Temple Guiting Manor is located in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds in southwestern England. It’s about 30 minutes’ drive from the regency spa town of Cheltenham (15 miles), 21 miles from Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon and under 100 miles from London.

The nearest train stations are at Kingham and Moreton-in-Marsh, both 20 minutes or so by road and both a 2-hour train journey into London Paddington
